ETA Access is a shared-ride, curb-to-curb service for customers who are unable, because of their disability, to use ETA Paseo fixed-route buses. ETA will only use this information to determine your eligibility to use ETA Access. ETA will keep this information confidential and secure and will only use it for transportation-related purposes. ETA may also use the contact information provided to solicit feedback about the Access service, including providing the telephone number and name to a third party to carry out periodic surveys.
