Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act. You can submit your completed complaint in writing by mail or email.

ETA is committed to transparency and accountability. In accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, residents may request access to public records maintained by our agency. To submit a request, please provide a written description of the information you are seeking and send it to director@etaelpaso.gov or call (915) 273-3838.

For convenience, the Texas Public Information Act Information Request Form is available below, and the public is encouraged to use this form when submitting a request. All requests will be processed in compliance with state law, and responsive records will be made available within the timelines established by the Act.
